This book was launched last week at the African Ministerial Conference on the Environment (AMCEN) that took place in Durban. Very proud to be launching a new book co-edited with Prof Desta Mebratu, an Ethiopian researcher and policy advocate who has worked on an African perspective on sustainability since the mid-1990s. His famous 1998 article has been read by my students every year since 2003 as a compulsory reading.
